This well balanced fruit-forward dry white wine, known in Germany as Trocken Riesling, is artisan crafted from 100% Riesling grapes, which originated in the Rhine region of Germany as early as the 15th century. Riesling is seldom grown in the "Tip of the Mitt" American Viticultural Area (AVA) due to the challenging growing conditions, so you are in for a rare treat.
Tasting Notes:
Crisp on the palette with hints of anise, apple, lime and some mineral notes and a dry finish.
Food Friendly:
Simple fish, chicken, or pasta dishes with light or no sauces.
